BPS Principal's Welcome

At Beechworth Primary school we have our values of Respect, Pride, Safety, Inclusiveness and Trust. These values are central to all we do and strive to ensure every member of our School Community works towards these values. I believe we offer a curriculum that promotes the academic, social and emotional needs of all children.

Our core curriculum is enhanced through our specialist classes of Performing Arts, Visual Arts, Science and Physical Education. Our expansive School grounds allows students the freedom to experience a variety of play areas for both physical or passive play. We welcome and embrace Parent participation within all aspects of our School and strive to ensure our Home-School relationships are positive and open. I invite you to come and visit our school to hear more about our Programs and what we have to offer.

Kind Regards,
Ruth Rampling _____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

BPS Values

'Believe, Persist, Succeed!'

At Beechworth Primary School, we believe that children are adventurous in acquiring knowledge, intellectually curious, and keen to engage with the world. We want our students to be actively involved in their learning journey, and to develop an enthusiasm for life-long learning. We are committed to providing a dynamic learning environment which promotes and celebrates the achievement of every child's personal best in an atmosphere underpinned by values of respect, pride, safety, inclusiveness and trust.

Ours is a child-centred school, in which the voices of the students are significant, and where their views are respected. We also strive to build productive and positive relationships with members of the School community, encouraging the joyful pursuit and excitement of learning for all. _____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
